Homeowner Assessments

Heartland is managed by CCMC (Capital Consultants Management Corporation). Until all of the lots are sold by the Declarant (Developer/Owner), the Board of Directors is elected by the Declarant. Upon expiration of the development period, a Board of Directors will be elected by the homeowners to oversee the Homeowner's Association.
